Dixie graduated from Shorter University in Rome, Georgia, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 1989. She moved to Huntsville and joined the Smith Thornton team at Morgan Keegan, where she worked for 22 years. Dixie is Series 7 and 63 registered. She moved with Rick, Steve, Donna, and Stacy to Smith Thornton Advisors in 2011. Dixie and Stacy are often the first voice or face people are greeted with when calling or visiting the office. They help clients and the team with a wide range of service requests.
