Jessica joined Smith Thornton Advisors in 2022, bringing to the team ten years of experience working with retirement plan sponsors and their participants. She holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation, the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation, and is a member of the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA). Steve and Jessica lead Workplace Retirement Solutions where they specialize in retirement plan design and sponsor consulting, with a focus on participant education and engagement. She serves on the Board of the Huntsville Art Museum Foundation.
